Debrah shapes to shoot a three pointer

Tudu Magic has lost in back to back games for the first time in the 2018 Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division I season.

The team lost 46-40 to Ghana Police in the most recent round of fixtures in the division with the game taking place at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu.

The loss comes on the back of Magic’s heavy 31-78 loss to defending league champions Braves of Customs at the Prisons Court in Cantonments.

Magic’s latest loss takes the team’s record to three wins in five games; Magic has since ceded the standings top spot to Braves.

The Tudu side competed well against Police in a game that started out slow but ended in a frantic push for the game winner.

The two sides were tied on 40 with a couple of minutes remaining in the game before Police scored the game’s final six points from the free throw line.

The win is Police’s fourth win of the season.
