Ghana Fire Service Female Basketball Team leads the 2018 Accra Basketball League (ABL) season five weeks into the campaign.
This comes after Fire secured its second win of the campaign by beating Tudu Galaxy 45-38 in its last appearance in the division. Fire has seven points.
Ghana Police sits in second place with three wins in three games this season giving the team six points same as Braves of Customs and Reformers of Prisons. Police and Braves are yet to beaten after three games.
However, goal difference separates the three sides and Prisons have featured in a game more than Braves and Police. Prisons lost 52-67 to Police in the final game played in the division this week.
Galaxy and Dunks Club lie in fifth and sixth in the standings with five and three points respectively. Galaxy has just a win in four games while Dunks are yet to register a win in three appearances.
