DC Dynamics search for a win in the 2018 Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division I season continues as the team suffered yet another loss.
In a game played earlier this evening, DC lost 57-84 to Braves of Customs who are yet to drop a game in four fixtures played this season.
The game took place at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu and was Dynamics fifth game of the season; losing to Braves was the team’s fifth.
Shooting Guard Baniba Dodzi gave Braves a 17-13 lead with 3:10 remaining in first quarter with a three point shot. Braves ended the quarter leading 23-18 with Dynamics scoring the final basket off a turnover as time expired.
Emmanuel Mensah scored for Dynamics in the opening minutes to reduce deficit to 20-28. Abdul Mutaleeb Alhassan then scored a breakaway layup to give Braves a 38-20 lead midway through the second quarter. Dynamics Guard Lantei Blankson- Mills drained a deep three point shot to end quarter trailing 28-43
David Maja scored four straight points to open third quarter before Alhassan responded with two straight points of his own and delivered a beautiful behind the back pass to Daniel Aryee for a layup.
Richard Borsah drained a three point shot with 4:40 remaining in final quarter after great ball movement from team to give Braves an unassailable 72-45 lead and cruised to the 27 point win.
