Brimah attempting a free throw
Amida dunks in game
Partizan NIS has lost for the first time in the ongoing Serbian Basketball League playoffs after losing 82-87 to FMP Beograd.

The five point loss is Partizan’s first in the playoffs after the team went on a six game winning streak to top Group B of the playoffs series.

Partizan was outrebounded 23-40 in the contest and turned the ball over on 10 more occasions than Beograd NIS.

On an individual level, Ghana Center Amida Brimah’s performance was better despite scoring low points in his time in Serbia.

Brimah chipped in eight points, two rebounds and an assist in 12 minutes; he converted all four free throw attempts. He scored two of three field goal attempts.

With the exception of Djorde Gagic and Nigel Williams-Goss who scored 28 and 21 points respectively, Partizan did not have any player score in double digits.

Partizan will be in action against Dynamic BG on Thursday May 10; Dynamic is ranked third in Group B with four wins in three games.
