The game tips off at 16:00 GMT at the Prisons Court in Cantonment in a game that features two teams that gained promotion to the elite division this season.
Both teams played in Division II last season but gained promotion after securing two of the top three spots in the division; Police topped the standings and Reformers came second.
Reformers roll into the contest with a win three games this season including a 54-72 loss to Braves of Customs in the past round.
On the other hand, Police is yet to be beaten after playing and winning two games; the team beat Navy Warriors 67-51 in its last appearance.
Prisons is ranked seventh in the standings while Police is fifth in the nine team standings. Defending league champions Braves play league leaders Tudu Magic in the follow up game.
Neither Braves nor Magic has lost a game.
