The game is the second of games scheduled to be played at Tema’s Community 4 Court which has Nungua Coldstore up against Teshie Vikings in the first game which tips off at 15:30 GMT.
Rangers and Francophone have a win each this season with the former’s maiden coming in the past round courtesy a 37-31 win over Tema Community 2.
This is Francophone’s third game of the season while Rangers will be playing for the fourth time this season and have already lost to the likes of Tema Heat.
Francophone Stars are making their debut in the Tema League impressed greatly in a two point loss against 2016 league champions Coldstore. Stars beat Vikings in the opening round.
Defending league champions Tema Community 4 plays Tema Rockets in a local derby while Ashaiman Lions take on Tema Heat in a battle of unbeaten sides.
