Community 4 are defending league champions and face Rifles for the second time in little over a fortnight following its 64-46 win in the opening week of the 2018 season.
On Sunday, the two sides meet again but Rifles head to the encounter with their tails up after clinching a dramatic 38-37 win over Tema Rockets.
The team trailed by as many as ten points in the early parts of the game but a defensive rebound led to a game winning three point shot to steal the win.
Three other fixtures will be played on Sunday with 2017 league finalist Ashaiman Lions returning to action; Lions is up against Rockets.
Tema Community 2 takes on Teshie Rangers with the latter searching for its first win after losing two games thus far in the season.
Tema Heat plays Teshie Vikings in the first game of the day at 15:30 GMT.
