The midweek round of fixtures had Dunks taking on Fire Service in the Women’s Division and Tema Youth playing DC Dynamics in the Men’s Division I.
Fire beat Dunks 56-34 to record its first win in the young season following an opening round loss to Ghana Police.
Fire lost 34-74 but recovered well to register a 22 point win over the young Dunks side who have lost twice in two games this season.
In the Men’s category, Tema Youth extended its winning streak to two after beating DC Dynamics 64-55 in the follow up game.
Tema has played second fiddle to multiple time league champions Braves of Customs over the years but are intent on ending the team’s dominance.
Clinching two straight wins is a good start to the young campaign but same cannot be said about DC who have lost twice in two games.
