The second week of the 2018 Tema Basketball League Regular Season lit up the Tema Community 4 Court as a series of top games entertained fans at the league venue.
The round got off to a good start with the Teshie derby involving Vikings and Rangers which the former won 60-43.
The win is Vikings first in its debut season in the league after losing in the opening week; losing to Vikings marks Rangers second straight loss in the 2018 season.
Akatsi Rifles stormed from ten point deficit to clinch a 38-37 win over Tema Rockets with the winning shot coming off a late three pointer with seconds remaining on the clock.
An ill advised shot from Rockets Guard Humphrey with his holding a two point lead led to ensuing possession that got Rifles the slim but important win.
The third game of the round had Tema Heat outlast Tema Community 2 in the all Tema showdown; Heat won the contest via a 52-42 win.
The final game between Francophone Stars and 2016 League Champions Nungua Coldstore ended in a 50-48 Coldstore win after overtime in a thrilling matchup. Below is a wrap of Week Two results:
