Ghana Technology University College (GTUC) Male Basketball Team Captain Isaac Twum has stated his side aims at progressing beyond the preliminary stage of this year’s Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges (UPAC) Basketball Championship.
He made the statement in an interview with Basketballghana.com during a training session at the Tesano Baptist Church in Accra.
His statement were similar those he made a few backs when he appeared on Basketball television show “Courtside” on Ghana channel Kwese Free Sports.
With his side missing out on qualifying to the national stage of Ghana’s most celebrated tertiary basketball competition, Twum was adamant the current crop will make amends for past failures.
“We expect to qualify for the next stage and go all the way to the final” he said to Ghana’s leading hoops portal on the sideline a tough training session.
Twum opined the team had a few internal issues in previous years but will have no such problems ahead of this year’s edition since they have been sorted out.
