Austin Spurs and Ghana Center Amida Brimah will be in action tonight in the NBA Gatorade League at the HEB Center in Austin.
The team takes on Iowa Wolves in a highly anticipated matchup with both teams occupying the top three positions in the standings.
Spurs lead the Western Conference with 22 wins and 13 losses while third place Wolves have 18 wins and 14 losses this season.
Austin will be looking to turn it’s not so impressive home form into a win after recording 10 wins in 18 games in front of its fans.
Their record away from home has been the main catalyst to its position at the summit of the standings; the team has 12 wins and five losses.
Brimah has played a big part in the 2012 G League Champions good form in 2018 registering seven points, seven rebounds and 2.8 blocks.
The latter stat leads the league and makes the former University of Connecticut Captain a major candidate for an NBA call up.
