Ghana Center Amida Brimah is in line to feature for Austin Spurs in tonight’s Gatorade League tie against Aqua Caliente Clippers.
Spurs takes on the Clippers away from its HEB Center home venue later today following a 104-93 win over Grand Rapids Drive.
Brimah scored 12 points in the game for his second double figure in scoring this season; his first with Austin since graduating from University of Connecticut in 2017.
The defender added a game leading three blocks to his production helping his side to clinch the win before its home fans.
Playing Caliente offers Spurs a big chance to extend its winning run since the Clippers have a losing thus far in the campaign with 14wins and 15 losses.
The team is far from invincible at home as it has recorded seven wins and seven losses in 14 games this season while Spurs spot a good away record with seven wins and five losses.
Brimah was born and raised in Ghana before emigrating to the States.
