Albert Djan and James Okine, Head Coaches of Koforidua Senior High Technical School (KSTS) and Pope John Senior High School respectively, will appear on Courtside tonight Basketballghana.com gathers.
The lead trainers are expected on the celebrated basketball television program later today after both teams competed in the just ended Sprite Ball Championship.
This year’s tournament had Presbyterian Senior High School (PRESEC-Osu) clinch the male division via a 25-22 win over Mfantsipim School in the final game.
Pope John placed third thanks to a 21-12 win over Sacred Heart Technical Institute after falling to PRESEC-Osu in the semifinals.
KSTS on the other hand, exited the competition at the group stage after winning just one three games; the team beat St. John’s School, Sekondi.
This marked another poor run for the side after going winless at the last edition in December 2016 held before this year’s edition.
Pope John clinched bronze for the second time in three years and continues the search for a maiden title.
Courtside airs tonight from 16:00 to 18:00 GMT.
