King Tsuru II congratulates Coach Ankamah.
His Royal Majesty King Nii Tackie Teiko Tsuru II has stated the Ga Community is really proud of Presbyterian Senior High School’s (Osu PRESEC) after the school emerged winners of the 2018 Sprite Ball Championship.

The school’s male basketball team clinched the coveted trophy following a 25-22 win over Mfantsipim School in the final game of the competition which ended on Saturday January 6 at the El Wak Stadium in Accra.

Osu PRESEC visited King Tsuru II at his palace in James Town earlier today as part of the school’s trophy tour in the aftermath of the historic campaign.

After receiving the large entourage led by Headmistress Barbara Norteye and Coach Eric Ankamah, King Tsuru II congratulated the team stating:

“We are grateful to these students and their Headmistress… We want to tell the students that they have done very well and we give them all the congratulations that are there. The Ga Community is really proud of them and we say congratulations”.

PRESEC is the first school from Greater Accra Region to win the Sprite Ball Male Division since 2009.
