DC Dynamics Coach Feranmi Olulonyo is scheduled to lead a special basketball clinic for young players ahead of this year’s Sprite Ball Championship per reports reaching Basketballghana.com
The enterprising trainer will headline the event with a group of fast rising coaches at the University of Ghana (UG) Central Court. Last year’s session had the likes of Dynasty Basketball Founder and Coach Isaac Kwapong featuring in the session.
The event takes place on Wednesday January 3 at the venue participating schools in the Championship will lodge during the tournament.
26 schools have qualified to play in the competition meaning 312 players are expected to participate in the clinic.
Players will be taken through several drills of the game bordering on passing, shooting and dribbling during the one day event.
Participants are expected to apply the lessons learnt in games when the competition tips off on Thursday, January 4 at the El Wak Stadium in Accra.
The final game will be played on Saturday January 6 at the same venue.
