Brimah in action for Spurs.
Ghana Center AmidaBrimah was in his rebounding best form as he gathered a game high 15 rebounds in Austin Spurs 121-99 win over Memphis Hustle.

The Gatorade-League tie took place at the Landers Center and former University of Connecticut Captain Brimah was the star man on defense by recording a season high 15 rebounds.

Five of his game leading rebounds came on the offensive end adding five points, an assist and eight blocks to his production.

This is easily the 6 foot 11inch player’s best game since signing for Austin prior to this season; Brimah played 27 minutes in the contest.

It represents a return to form after recording low numbers in games against the likes of Agua Caliente Clippers in recent games.

Starting Center Matt Costello fell one rebound short of tying Brimah’s tally for the night as Costello registered 14 rebound, ten point double double.

Jaron Blossomgame paced Austin scorer’s list by scoring 20 points; Memphis’ Austin Nichols top scored in the game with 21 points.
