The standout tie in the round sees Ashamian Lions take on Tema Heat with both sides heading to the competition with wins in the opening round.
League finalist Lions survived a scare as the side piped Tema Community2 to a 57-56 win while Heat clinched a 61-33 win over Tema Rockets.
After failing several times to clinch a title despite impressive displays and making deep runs in competitions, Ashaiman is keen on winning the tournament.
Francophone Stars have clinched a win and a 51-53 loss to Ghana Police thus far in the tournament and come up against Ghana Navy in the second game of the round.
The opening game today has Akatsi Rifles face off against Ghana Police at 15:30 GMT with Rifles searching for its maiden win of the competition.
