Accra Boys rep PRESEC-Legon.
University of Professional Studies (UPSA) and Presbyterian Boys Senior High School (PRESEC-Legon) will host this year’s leg of qualifiers in Greater Accra Region.

The qualifiers will determine which represent the region at the upcoming national high school basketball championship-Sprite Ball.

The upcoming edition of Sprite Ball takes place at the El Wak Stadium from January 4-6, 2018 with 26 schools slated to compete for the most coveted trophy.

Eight schools will compete for three spots in the boys division with eight teams in the girls division battling for two slots at the national competition.

PRESEC-Legon will host games in the boys division while UPSA’s Court will host games in the girls half; the Accra leg of the qualifiers is the final stage of qualifiers ahead of the main competition

Host Presec, Armed Forces, Sacred Heart, St. Margaret Mary, PRESEC- Osu, St. Thomas Aquinas, Tema and Ningo Senior High Schools have qualified from the zonal level and will feature in the boys division.

West Africa Senior High School, Achimota School, Accra Wesley Girls, Sacred Heart, Labone, Accra High, Chemu and Tema Senior High Schools will battle for two slots at the national games.
