Ghana Center Amida Brimah and Austin Spurs will be in action tonight in the NBA Gatorade League game against Texas Legends.
The tie tips off at the HEB Center-the home of Spurs- with Austin playing for the first time since recording a 96-95 win over Agua Caliente Clippers on November 24.
Legends-the G League affiliate of Dallas Mavericks in the NBA-beat Spurs in the opening rounds of the season.
Austin also returns to their home court after playing its last matchup at NBA side San Antonio Spurs AT&T Center against the Clippers.
Ahead of tonight’s fixture, 6 foot 11 inch Center Brimah is averaging 5.1 points in points and rebounds and 2.3 blocks.
The former University of Connecticut Captain will be looking forward to playing more minutes as he did against Clippers by recording 32 minutes on the floor.
Since he moved to the league after playing in preseason with San Antonio, Brimah has been a steady presence in the post and living up to his shot swatting reputation.
