Ghana Police, Reformers of Prisons and Navy Warriors have qualified to compete in next season’s Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division I campaign.
The trio successfully secured the top three positions to progress from this season’s Division II campaign which ended on Saturday November 17 at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu.
Police, Prisons and Warriors won their final games in the division to maintain respective positions heading into the final round of games.
Reformers and Police beat Tudu Galaxy 66-43 and DCD Aspirants 67-34 respectively to clinch 23 points; Police pips Prisons on goal difference and head to head matchups.
Warriors ended the season two points behind the top duo after beat Junior Reformers 80-71 in the final game of 2017.
Navy came out on top of a three team battle for the final spot in the division beating Junior Rangers and Panthers.
Following losses on the final day, Spartans, Aspirants and Dunk Knights end the season in the bottom three. Below is a full breakdown of the standings based on head to head rules:
