Dunk Knights have tonight’s tie against Akatsi Rifles to clinch only its third win of the 2017 Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division II season.

A win tonight at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu also ensures the team ends the season on a high note since the tie is the final feature in the campaign.

With two wins in 12 games in the division, Knights lie 12th in the standings just a spot above bottom ranked Spartans.

On the other hand, Rifles have been in better form in the latter half of the season than the start when Akatsi were winless in five straights games.

However, the team has won four games since then to move up to 10th place and look good for a fifth win to end the season.

The young talented Knights side has impressed with skills and energy on the court but a distinct lack of experience has cost them to lose the plot at several key moments in games.

Junior Rangers and Novas Academy open the round at 17:00 GMT tonight.
