The season could end on Sunday November 12 at Tema’s Community 4 Court should home side C4 land another victory over Ashaiman Lions in Game Two of the Finals Series.
C4 beat the highly fancied Lions side 58-54 in Game One to set up a juicy second tie particularly with Ashaiman ace Shooting Guard Elvis Pobi-Siaw set for a return after missing the loss while on international duty.
However, prior to the crucial game, outstanding players in the season will be rewarded with hardware as proof of their immense skill in the campaign.
Medals and plaques for brilliant individuals in three point shooting, Most Valuable Player and Best Defensive categories respectively.
League winners will walk away with a giant trophy unveiled by league board members as they await a new champion to replace 2016 champions Nungua Coldstore.
The finalists have players in the running for the aforementioned awards with Lions Carl Kuzagbe, David Amartey and Pobi-Siaw with C4’s Aninagyei Osei and Nii Moi in the mix.
