Aspirants (black) lost to Junior Reformers in the opening game.

Coldstore’s Kwame Boamah gets heavy attention from Junior Reformers in the first matchup.
Junior Reformers have a busy schedule to keep up with this weekend as the side battles teams on multiple fronts on the Ghanaian club basketball scene.

The team will be in action tonight in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division II against Novas Academy in a game that takes place at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu.

Heading to the fixture, Junior Reformers have won two of three games played in the campaign with both wins recorded in dominant fashion as the team won 93-53 and 92-80 against Akatsi Rifles and DC D Aspirants.

However, the tie isn’t the only fixture Reformers have to honor since Sunday’s tie against Nungua Coldstore springs up another tough challenge for the team.

The tie against Coldstore is in the first round of this year’s Tema Basketball League postseason and has defending champions and first seed Coldstore play fourth seed Reformers in the opening game at 15:30 GMT.

Coldstore-Junior Reformers will be honored at Tema’s Community 4 Court; Reformers is the only team to beat Nungua this year following a 36-33 win.
