Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division II games scheduled to take place today at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu will go on as planned.
This comes despite ongoing Executive ABL elections at the same venue which begun at 8:00 GMT and is expected to end at 16:00 GMT before votes are tallied and winners declared.
Dunks Knight open the round with a tie against homeside Tudu Galaxy at 17:00 GMT before DC Aspirants play CYO in the final game.
Dunks rank bottom of the 13 team standings following a loss in its sole outing this season and face a Galaxy side that has featured in one more game with mixed results.
After losing 44-47 to CYO in its opening tie, Galaxy clinched its first win of the campaign in its next outing and is in the hunt to ride on the partisan crowd to clinch a second win.
Aspirants on the other hand have a steep hill to climb against the yet to be beaten CYO. DC has lost both games including a 52-77 loss to Junior Rangers.
