Veteran’s League to start at the end of May

The Veteran’s League commences on Wednesday May 31 at the Lebanon House Court in the aftermath of a scheduled game in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division I game between Tema Youth and Tudu Magic.

CYO Basketball Club and After 7 Basketball Club will engage each other in the opening tie.

The pair is part of a three team division that will run side by side games in the Men’s Division I in the upcoming weeks.

Veteran players from Tema have registered to compete.

The league is one of the additions to the ABL’s second round and will have veteran players lace their high tops and get into competitive action once more.

The 24 second shot clock is one of the new features of the 2017 Accra League’s second round.
