The game tips off at 19:00 GMT with Ghana joining other nations on the continent in celebrating Africa Union Day in the backdrop.
However, the matchup sees the two sides square off for the second time this year after Royals scored a 19-11 win over then defending GSP Champions Braves.
In the first round which took place in the final quarter of 2016, had Braves beat Royals. The 11-19 loss was one of three losses that cost Braves the title in the just ended campaign.
Braves ended the season in second place while Royals finished in sixth place ahead of Sunyani Technical University and Barracks Scorpions.
It is the first time, two sides from the league will be engaged in a game following the conclusion of the league’s second edition.
