Tema Youth leads the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division I following a 77-44 win over DC Dynamics in the last round of games played in the division at the Lebanon House Court.
The side’s latest win maintains its spot at the top of the standings and keep rival Braves of Customs in second place in the standings.
Tema leads the standings with 13 points tied with Braves who have a superior goal difference.
However, Tema leads the standings due to a superior head to head aggregate over Braves. Youth beat Braves 84-78 in the first round; the sides are set to play on June 28.
Both teams were involved in the opening round of the second half of the season just as bottom ranked sides Ghana Navy and DC Dynamics.
Navy’s 39-75 loss to Braves means the sides is still winless in the season while Dynamics has won just a game all season.
