The 2016 Most Valuable Player nominee in the Nigerian league has been seen at games in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) currently taking place at the venue.

Despite a wonderful debut in the fellow West African nation, the Ivorian and former Tertiary Player of the Year winner in Ghana, is yet to play in the ongoing season in Nigeria due to a few contractual issues between Kwara
Falcons and Kano Pillars where he had a short stint in the Africa Club Championship.

He remains optimistic about his chances of having the matter solved in time to get games under his belt.

During his time in Ghana, Romeo played in the ABL for multiple time champions Braves of Customs and also starred for Accra Technical University.
