The second edition of the Tema Community Basketball League is living up to expectation as the expanded division has increased the level of competition.
However, the increased roster has created a few scheduling problems with teams staying inactive for long stretches in between games per reports gathered by Basketballghana.com.
As a result, league officials have altered the original schedule to alleviate the situation and get fans to see their favorite community-based teams in action frequently; the altered schedule also gives players more opportunities to play.
The changes will take effect in upcoming games on Sunday May 21 at the Tema Community 4 Court as defending champions Nungua Coldstore features for the first time since April 12 against Tema Community 12.
Community 2 plays Don Bosco Giants while AK Rfles play Tema Heat to round up games in Group; Teshie Rangers matchup against Ashaiman Lions wrap fixtures in Group A.
Per the original schedule, Community 12 was fixed to play Community 5.
