Information gathered by Basketballghana.com indicates the Cape-Coast League will be launched on Saturday May 20.
The league has been scheduled to take place at the University of Cape-Coast (UCC) Court in Ghana’s Central Regional capital, Cape-Coast.
One of Ghana’s renowned Basketball stable Cape-Coast Hoops Care has been tabbed as one of the teams to compete in the league.
The new competition is the latest league in the West African country in the wake of the Global Sporting Projects (GSP) Basketball League in Sunyani and Tema Community Basketball League in recent times.
Several players including household names like Alfred Davies will grace the UCC Court in the upcoming weeks as the league takes shape.
