The game will be played with a 24 second shot clock; a first in the Accra Basketball League (ABL).
The shot clock will be used in league games as the second round begins on Friday May 19 at the same venue with two games involving the two sides in the league and Navy competing.
However, home team Magic will have to a while for its maiden game in the round as the team plays Tema Youth on May 31.
Magic lies fourth in the standings with three wins form six games this season while Navy ranks bottom in the standings after a winless first round.
Navy will be in action against defending Champions Braves of Customs on Friday as it attempts to score a first win of the 2017 season.
Tema Youth plays DC Dynamics in the final game on the first day of competition in the second round.
