The Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division I season will continue on May 19 at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu.
The first half of the league ended on June 30 and this represents a change in date for the start of the second half of the 2017 season.
Originally, the league was set to restart on Wednesday May 17 at the above mentioned location but was moved two days back after league stakeholders decided so.
The new date was announced at a general meeting held at the forecourt of the league venue with a couple of changes set to be instituted in the second round.
Representatives of teams competing in the league were present at the meeting to deliberate on issues affecting the development of the league.
Among the issues touched on was the start time for games in the second round which got pegged back from 17:00 GMT
to 18:00 GMT.
Defending champions Braves of Customs lead the standings tied on points (11) with rival Tema Youth. However, Braves superior goal difference put the side on top.
