The fixture was set to be the second game in the latest round in the league but neither team was available at Tema Community 4’s Court at jump ball prompting officials to call off the game.
This marks Leopards third straight no show at the venue since the 2017 season began after missing prior games due to reasons yet to be known.
Don Bosco earned its only win in the season following a similar incident in the first round against the same side.
However, the low point incident and heavy down pour earlier in the day, did not stop fixtures from being honored.
In Group A, Reformers of Prisons piped Community 12 39-38 in the opening game before Ghana Police beat Community 5 26-16 and Community 4 topped rival Community 2 48-42 in the closing game.
