Tema Youth takes on DC Dynamics with the chance to seal its place at the summit of the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division I standings.
The matchup takes place later today at 17:00 GMT at the Lebanon House Court with Braves of Customs set to play Ghana Navy in the following game.
Today’s round of games draws the first half of the season to a close and the chance for Tema Youth to extend its run atop the standings for another week prior to the break.
The side faces a Dynamics side that got ploughed 39-80 by Braves in a midweek matchup after getting its first win of the season a week earlier.
Tema must win to fend off Braves charge for the top spot which will be the latter’s should Tema lose and Customs beat Navy.
Braves are expected to thump the division’s bottom ranked team who are the only winless side in the league.
The defending champions have been in devastating form whacking teams to a pulp including a 100-46 win over Adenta Leopards.
