The game which took place at Tema’s Community 4 Basketball Court had the debutant makes light work of C 12’s threat. Reformers are competing in the league for the first time after featuring in the league’s preseason tournament.
The side was scheduled to play its first game in the previous round but the tie got cancelled due to heavy rains. However, Reformers showed very little signs of jitters as the guys in Green led from start to finish in the Group A matchup.
However, fellow debutant Don Bosco Giants’ struggles continue as the side lost its second straight game of the season. Bosco lost 22-43 to host Community 4 in Group B after losing to fellow debutant and Ashaiman-based side Warriors in the previous encounter.
Bosco ranks bottom in the group following the losses.
