Games in the Tema Community Basketball League resume later today at the Tema Community 4 Court with fixtures in Groups A and B set to thrill. Community 12 plays Reformers of Prisons in the opening game at 15:30 GMT before Community 5 takes on Teshie Rangers.
In Group B, home side Community 4 goes up against John Bosco and Community 2 plays Ashaiman Warriors in the final game of the round.
Games were scheduled to be played in the last round on April 9 but were postponed due to heavy rain that inundated most parts of Ghana’s capital region, Accra.
The 2016 Finalists Ashaiman Lions and Nungua Coldstore were set to play for the first time since Coldstore won the Championship last year.
Today’s round of games will be the first outing for Reformers whose matchup against Korle-Bu Kings was also rained off. The side are debutants in the league after joining the league’s expanded format this season.
The maiden edition had just seven teams compete.
