DC Dynamics sits bottom of the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division I after losing two games in the 2017 season.
With the side set to take on unbeaten Fire Service later today at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu, Dynamics need for a win is vital for its campaign in the seven team roster.
After a promising debut season in the elite division which ended in a postseason appearance, Dynamics has endured a rough start to the current campaign losing 46-59 to Tudu Magic in the season opening game.
It followed up with an underwhelming loss to Adenta Leopards. However, Dynamics faced the same fate last season as the side lost two straight games before earning a win in its third attempt by beating Holy Family.
Major injuries to key players including Captain Dennis Boateng have not helped matters leaving the side shorthanded in the tie against debutant Adenta Leopards.
On the other hand, a win for Fire Service pushes the side into the top three spots in the standings; the team currently lies fifth having played just two games.
