Tudu Magic and Adenta Leopards head into midweek games in the Accra Basketball League (ABL) Men’s Division I on March 22 with the opportunity to clinch their second win of the 2017 season.
The teams won opening games in the league against DC Dynamics respectively.
Magic is set to play in the opening game of the round against Fire Service who will be playing for the first time this season.
Magic beat Dynamics 59-46 to get its campaign off to a perfect start and has the chance to get another win against a Fire side that lost key man Joseph Boye in the offseason.
On the other hand, Leopards made a winning start to life in the Division I by beating Dynamics 55-4. The debutants showed no signs of nerves as it stormed to a 12-0 run in the first minutes of the game.
Adenta takes on Ghana Navy on Wednesday in the final game of the round with Navy looking for its first win of the first season following a 65-72 loss to Tema Youth in a very physical game; Tema has two wins.
