Tema plays Ghana Navy in the opening game of the second week at the Lebanon House at 17:00 GMT before Adenta Leopards take on DC Dynamics in the second and final game of the round.
Thanks to the outcome of the much talked about game between Youth and Braves, Tema is expected to continue its wonderful start to the season but that will be tough as it comes up against one of the divisions better sides in Navy.
Navy has bolstered its roster for the campaign bringing in the likes of former Holy Family Forward Raphael Buchag.
However, the side will have its hands full against an invigorated Tema Youth.
Following several postponements, Adenta Leopards is scheduled to make its debut in the Division I when the side comes up against Dynamics.
Adenta was due to play in the opening round of the season and in the aftermath of the Braves-Tema matchup. However, both games got cancelled.
Dynamics on the other hand will be in search for a first win of the new season; DC lost 46-59 to Tudu Magic.
