Defending GSP Basketball League Champions Suncity Braves continues to lead the way after clinching a 27-21 win over Sunyani Technical University (STU) at the Eusbett Hotel Court.
The League recommenced after length break following the closure of the first round which had Braves lead the way on the back off a seven game winning streak including a default win in the season opener.
The biggest winners of the round, UENR, benefitted from a 34-12 win over West Siders. The win pushed UENR up from fifth to second. Other big movers of the round were Desert Rabbits and LIR who languished at the bottom of the standings but moved up to seventh after a 54-33 win over CUCG Saints.
