The midseason festivities (All Star Weekend) are over and games are scheduled to commence later tonight in the NBA’s Development League.
Ghana Forward Ben Bentil is set to be in action for Fort Wayne Mad Ants as the side plays Westchester Knicks later tonight.
Fort Wayne heads into the matchup with a winning record for the season (19 wins, 13 losses) against a Westchester side that has underperformed for much of the season.
The New York Knicks affiliate side has 14 wins and 20 losses despite having a roster filled with fringe Knicks players including Marshall Plumlee. Bentil is yet to feature in the NBA after getting drafted last season.
A division below, Ernest Aflakpui of Temple University and Amida Brimah of University of Connecticut (UCONN) will also be in action for their teams tonight.
Temple is set to play against University of Central Florida in front of its home fans at the Liacouras Center while UCONN takes on University of Houston.
This marks the Ghanaian duo’s first game since its rematch over the weekend; UCONN won 64-63.
