Russell Westbrook looks determined to end this season averaging a triple-double as he notched his 20th one last night in OKC’s win over the Sacramento Kings.
Thunder strike Kings
The Oklahoma City Thunder beat the Sacramento Kings 122-118 on the back of Russell Westbrook’s 36-point, 11-rebound, 10-assist triple double, Enes Kanter had a 29-point, 12-rebound double-double and Nigerian-American guard Victor Oladipo finished with 23 points.
DeMarcus Cousins had a 31-point, 11-rebound double-double, Rudy Gay had a 22-point, 10-rebound double-double, and Darren Collison ended the game with 21 points.
Mavericks maim Timberwolves
The Dallas Mavericks beat the Minnesota Timberwolves 98-87. Wesley Matthews had 19 points and seven rebounds, Dirk Nowitzki had 17 points and six rebounds, JJ Barea had 15 points, three rebounds and three assists, while Tunisian center Salah Mejri finished with four points and eight rebounds.
Senegalese center Gorgui Dieng led the Timberwolves with 21 points and eight rebounds, Andrew Wiggins had 19 points, eight rebounds and four assists and Karl-Anthony Towns had 18 points and nine rebounds.
Raptors gnaw Knicks
The Toronto Raptors beat the New York Knicks 116-101. DeMar DeRozan had 23 points, five rebounds and five assists, Norman Powell had 21 points, DeMarre Carroll had 20 points, Kyle Lowry had 16 points, four rebounds and nine assists, while Cameroonian rookie Pascal Siakam finished with four points and four rebounds.
Carmelo Anthony led the Knicks with 18 points, Justin Holiday had 17 points and three rebounds, and Derrick Rose ended the game with 16 points.
Hawks claw Bucks
The Atlanta Hawks held down home court and beat the Milwaukee Bucks 111-98. Kent Bazemore had 24 points, Mike Dunleavy had 20 points and three rebounds, Paul Millsap had 18 points and eight rebounds, Dwight Howard had a 16-point, 14-rebound double-double. Swiss-South African Thabo Sefolosha had 10 points, two rebounds, three assists and three steals.
Greek-Nigerian Giannis Antetokounmpo lad the Bucks with 33 points, eight rebounds and six assists, Greg Monroe had 13 points, Malcolm Brogdon had 12 points and Michael Beasley finished with 11 points and three assists.
The Houston Rockets beat the Brooklyn Nets 137-112. Eric Gordon had 24 points, Trevor Ariza had 23 points and eight rebounds, while James Harden finished with a 22-point, 11-rebound and 11-assist triple double.
The Nets were led by Trevor Booker with 18 points and five rebounds, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson had 14 points and seven rebounds, and Randy Foye ended the game with 13 points.

In other Sunday night games, the Detroit Pistons beat the Los Angeles Lakers 102-97 and the Chicago Bulls edged the Memphis Grizzlies 108-104.
