Teshie Rangers is ready to play an outstanding league game against Braves of Customs later today at the Lebanon House Court in Tudu according to Team Coach Wisdom Etsorgali.

The Accra Basketball League Men’s Division I outfits will battle for points after the game was postponed after referees refused to officiate the game due to reasons which have yet to be officially submitted to the league. In light of the game being rescheduled to September 14, Basketballghana.com, contacted Etsorgali for his take on the rearranged game whether his side is ready for the matchup.

“We (Rangers) came into D I (Division I) prepared so any day, anytime, we are on. Told my guys (about the rearranged game) and they are willing to play” he said.

Rangers head into the encounter bottom of the ten team standings after picking up 10 points from eight games.

Despite picking up only two wins all season , Teshie, debuting in Division I, avoided a quick return to the lower tier as either a win or a loss will give the side the necessary points to top Holy Family and Air Force in the standings.

Braves on the other hand have won all six games played this season and look good to claim the playoffs first seed.
