Reports reaching Basketballghana.com indicate former Brave of Customs star Center Romeo Enan has been added to Kano Pillars roster set to feature in the upcoming FIBA Zone Three Africa Club Championship slated between October 21 and 30 in Togo’s capital, Lome.

Pillars and Customs will represent Nigeria in the Zonal qualifiers aiming for a spot in the main club championship with an eye to unseat reigning champions Petro Atletico. The tournament will feature reps from West African countries including Niger, Ghana, Burkina Faso and Ivory Coast.

The former Accra Polytechnic standout played in the DSTV Professional Basketball League in Nigeria for Kwara Falcons, leading the side to place fourth in his maiden season in the league.

Despite the just ended season being his first, Enan’s good form earned him a spot on the All-Star roster where he dominated the game to be named Most Outstanding Player in the event.

During his three plus year stay in the Accra Basketball League, Enan was front and center of Braves’ multiple titles. He was named 2015 Tertiary Player of the Year after leading Accra Polytechnic to win the Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges (UPAC) Basketball Championship and West African Polytechnic Games Basketball Tournament.
