Defending Accra Basketball League Women’s Division champions Braves of Customs have a stranglehold on the division following the team’s 72-43 win over close rivals Air Force. The win extend Braves lead atop the standings to three points with two more games left to play for the season.
On the other hand, Navy continues to ride the bottom tide of the standings after recording yet another loss; this time a 33-37 loss to Galaxy. The former is now winless in nine games for the season whereas the latter’s win bumps it into the upper half of the standings.
