The first Cowbell Basketball Clinic successfully took place at the premise of the Lebanon House in Accra, Ghana as several stakeholders including players, coaches and administrators were briefed extensively on immense facets of the game.

The “After 7 Basketball Club” organized program was sponsored by Promasidor Ghana Limited, producers of Cowbell products had over 200 individuals attend the clinic where they were tutored by Ghana Basketball Association Vice-Chairman Iddi Agambire in development in rule changes and other pertinent issues including referees conduct.

Several officials from Accra Basketball League (ABL) outfits including Navy Coach Alexander Tindani, Teshie Rangers Coach Wisdom Etsorgali and DC Dynamics Coach Feranmi Olulonyo were present at the program.

2015 Ghana Basketball Awards Coach of the Year Lawal Brimah took his turn on the podium to take players through sessions that centered on to develop. He touched on the need to improve footwork, strength and most importantly shooting the right way.

For his part, Brands Manager for Cowbell, Joseph Ashong commended the organizers for coming up with such an innovative program to keep all involved in the industry abreast with changes in the game. The program comes at a vital time when the ABL is about to enter the post season.
