The Best Western Premier Hotel is all set to host this year’s Ghana Basketball Awards on Friday August 12 in its ultra modern plush auditorium.
To confirm its’ readiness to host the grand event which is strictly by invitation, Basketballghana.com took a sneak peek of the picturesque structure which seats over 250 guests will be the main venue of attraction and will come alive from 18:00 GMT.
Aside the cushy foldable seats, the center also boasts of modern technological gadgets and other accessories that will give Ghana basketball’s biggest night the right ambience. Guests including Toronto Raptors General Manager Masai Ujiri and NBA Vice President and managing director for Africa Amadou Fall will be feted with top end luxuries.
Other important dignitaries set to grace the special occasion include Ghana Sports Minister Nii Lante Vanderpuye and Ghana Basketball Association Chairman David Addo Ashong.
Renowned young songstress eShun and DKB will perform on the night as 2015 Most Valuable Player of the Year Abdul Mutaleeb Alhassan seeks to make it back to back wins in the category.
Since its introduction three seasons back, the Rite Sports Limited event have grown to be a must see fixture on the Ghanaian sports calendar.
