Ahead of the much anticipated clash between Tudu Magic and DC Dynamics at the Lebanon House on June 3, Magic Coach James Okine has declared his team ready for the challenge in Week Five of the Accra Basketball League (ABL).
The outspoken trainer who is never shy of wading into controversial waters made the bold statement in an exclusive interview with Basketballghana.com. He stated his side is up to the challenge of recording a second win in the ongoing league. He said:
“Most of our student-athletes are in from school and yesterday we work very hard for the game. We’ve been in D 1 (Division 1) and … we are more experienced than them (Dynamics) and we will welcome them well in D 1 as this is our first game with them”.
Tudu Magic has one win from two games played and lies sixth on the table with just three points. Dynamics on the other hand are winless in two games and sit bottom of the standings with a goal difference of minus seven.
The fifth round will also feature Reformers of Prisons take on Air Force as Fire Service goes up against Coach Alexander Tindani’s Navy.
