AdiscoAdisadel College and Tema Senior High have booked their places in in next year’s Sprite Ball Championship following a latest poll.

The two schools topped their respective divisions in an online poll aimed at picking the final two teams.

Adisadel College, based in Cape Coast narrowly upstaged closest challengers Keta Senior High by polling 31, 149, representing 48% with Ketasco polling 29,622 votes to place second.

Bompeh Senior High placed third in the poll with 4, 240 votes with Kumasi Anglican and Achimota polling a paltry 311 and 44 votes to place last.

In the female category, Tema Senior High School extended their long history with Ghana’s biggest basketball competition and will be present when the competition tips off at the El-Wak Stadium in the nation’s capital, Accra.

Temasco won the race in the girls’ division by pacing the field with 1,351 votes.

Labone Senior High School came in second with 382 votes as Kumasi Anglican this time around, ranked bottom with 252 votes.

The polls closed at 18:00 GMT on Monday.
