Luc-Mbah-a-Moute-150206-Drives-G-300Cameroon’s Luc Mbah a Moute has reportedly signed a training camp with the Los Angeles Clippers.

The 29-year-old last played for the Philadelphia 76ers and saw his second stint with the Sacramento Kings waved in July due to health issues

Meanwhile, the Clippers are yet to confirm Mbah a Moute.

A former UCLA Bruin, Mbah a Moute has played in 466 games over seven seasons, averaging 6.8 points and 4.9 rebounds.

Mbah a Moute started in 61 of the 67 games he played for the Philadelphia 76ers last year, averaging 9.9 points, 4.9 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 1.2 steals, and 0.3 blocks in a healthy 28.6 minutes per game, while shooting 39.5 percent from the field and 58.9 percent from the line

The Clippers have 14 guaranteed contracts not including veteran forward Chuck Hayes, who will also be in camp on a non-guaranteed deal.

If Mbah a Moute succeeds during the training, he should play his fourth NBA team since he was selected in the second round of the 2008 NBA draft by the Milwaukee Bucks.

The Cameroonian is among a number of valuable free-agents such Carlos Boozer.
